Mr. Baruti ensures program/project strategic alignment with company’s goals and objectives and optimizes operational infrastructure through the development of effective processes to enhance and continually improve product delivery. Mr. Baruti brings a proven track record of over 30 years, successfully leading all phases of diverse technology projects and brings a broad knowledge of project management, quality assurance, application development methodologies and business finance.
As a successful business strategist, Mr. Baruti has experience in planning and managing multimillion-dollar projects in both domestic and international environments, as well as, the federal and commercial sectors servicing customers such as the National Institutes of Health (NIH), Department of Defense
(DoD), United States Postal Service (USPS), Sabre, Inc., MCI WorldCom, and Egypt Post. Prior to joining Transcontinental Consulting, Mr. Baruti served as the Sr. Vice President of Project Management and Delivery for AHCC, Inc. where he was responsible for leading the company’s strategic delivery and project management practices. He has a strong ability to align business goals with technology solutions to drive process improvements, competitive advantages, and bottom-line gains. He is an excellent communicator that can leverage interpersonal, technical, business, and financial acumen to communicate effectively on all levels of project stakeholders.
Mr. Baruti is a subject matter expert in various project management methodologies and is known for his ability to produce company-wide processes producing high-quality deliverables that meet or exceed timeline and budgetary targets. He’s earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and also holds PMP, CSM, and Six Sigma credentials.
